Wherever you are in the world we have a range of delivery options to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible!
1. HONGKONG/TAIWANG/MIANLAND CHINA – EMS AND SF-EXPRESS
For deliveries to HONGKONG/TAIWANG/MAINLAND CHINA, we use EMS OR SF-EXPRESS, depending on the total weight and value of your goods. All orders placed online before 12pm midday will be shipped the same day (subject to items all being in stock). Orders with items not in stock will be held until the order is complete before its despatched. We may choose to send out the items in stock first at our discretion and normally only in the event of supplier delays.
2. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - DHL EXPRESS
We use DHL Express for all our international shipments. Shipping time: 7-14 days worldwide.
Orders placed online before 12 pm midday will be shipped the same day (subject to items all being in stock). Orders with one or more items not in stock will be held until the order is complete before it's despatched. As soon as a parcel is shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming the shipment and the tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your goods via their website or app.
3. CUSTOMER COLLECTION
You can opt to collect from our Showroom during our store opening hours. Before traveling, please await the email stating your order has been “shipped” as this will tell you when your goods will be ready for collection.
